Wendy Arce

Wendy Arce, Associate at Valiente Mott, was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved with her family to the U.S. in 2001. Wendy was raised in Las Vegas where she attended college and law school, creating strong connections with the Las Vegas community. Wendy’s passion for assisting clients stems from her previous role as a Paralegal. She began working at a law firm at just 18 years old where she worked through college and learned the particularities of the personal injury field. After college, Wendy pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a lawyer.

Wendy received her Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, she completed a 40-hour mediation course where she fine-tuned her communication and negotiation skills. She served on several student organization boards including Health Law Society and Animal Legal Defense Society. Prior to attending law school, Wendy graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Human Services, where she obtained multiple Dean’s List distinctions.

In her free time, Wendy enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, friends, and her Yorkie, Joey. Wendy is fluent in Spanish and is licensed in Nevada.
