Clark County, NV (September 25, 2021) – An automobile accident reported in the Las Vegas area on Saturday afternoon sent an undisclosed number of people to local hospitals with injuries.
At around 12:22 p.m., on September 25, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, firefighters, and emergency medical services responded to the scene of a crash on West Tropicana Parkway.
Reports from the LVMPD indicate that a collision between vehicles blocked West Tropicana Parkway in the area near Centennial Center Boulevard.
The incident prompted the police and firefighters to close off the intersection for an extended period.
At least one person was transported to a local hospital where they underwent medical treatment for injuries. At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation by the police.
