Multi-Vehicle Accidents in Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV - Two-Vehicle Collision on Hwy 592/Flamingo Rd at Mtn Vista St Ends in Injuries

Though they are exceedingly common, auto accident cases are almost never straightforward. Usually, the at-fault driver’s insurance company will work hard to reduce a settlement payout as much as possible. They might even try to blame you for the accident. In order to be successful, car accident cases demand the meticulous collection of evidence and strict attention to detail.

Your Nevada car accident attorney will use photos, video surveillance, police reports, and eyewitness statements to establish the other driver’s fault. After gathering proof of your lost wages and your medical records, your personal injury lawyer will negotiate a fair settlement that covers all of your damages.

Nevada follows the rule of modified comparative negligence, also known as shared fault. This means that an individual has to be found less than 50% liable for their own damages or injuries before they can pursue any economic recovery.

Following a serious auto accident, those affected often cope with financial difficulties, long-term physical issues, and serious emotional trauma. Sadly, when victims succumb to their injuries, family members must deal with expensive medical and funerary costs in the aftermath.

However, if you have suffered injuries in an accident or lost a loved one, you may have legal recourse. You can and should reach out to a Nevada car accident attorney right away. At Valiente Mott, we will fight for your fair, full compensation. This compensation can cover losses moving forward so that you never have to pay out of pocket.
