Car Accidents in Las Vegas
Car accident cases are rarely straightforward. Usually, the at-fault driver’s insurance company will do anything to lessen a settlement payout as much as possible. They could even try to blame you for the accident. In order to be successful, car accident cases demand the meticulous gathering of evidence and strict attention to detail.
Your Nevada car accident attorney will use photographs, video surveillance, police reports, and eyewitness reports to prove the other driver’s fault. After collecting proof of your lost wages and your medical records, your personal injury lawyer will negotiate a fair settlement that covers all of your damages.
Nevada follows the rule of modified comparative negligence, sometimes referred to as shared fault. This means that an individual has to be found less than 50% liable for their own damages or injuries before they can pursue any economic recovery.
