Las Vegas, NV (September 27, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident causing injuries occurred on Monday morning, September 27, authorities say.
Per officers with the Las Vegas Police Department, the incident occurred around 11:00 a.m. on southbound Interstate 15 at exit 41 to Charleston Boulevard.
Multiple vehicles collided in the wreck, though the total number of drivers involved is unknown, according to initial reports from police at the scene.
Paramedics appeared to transport at least one victim to an area medical center. However, authorities did not comment on the extent of that victim’s injuries or their current condition. It’s also unclear if any other drivers or passengers involved suffered injuries
Investigators are still piecing together the events causing the wreck and have not provided any further information.
