Car Accidents in Nevada

Nevada sees an estimated 300 fatal car accidents each year. The state also ranks in the middle in terms of total vehicular fatalities when compared to the rest of the country. Regrettably, the number of deadly accidents across the state rose almost 4% between 2019 and 2020 in spite of a decrease in overall traffic due to the pandemic.

After an auto accident, those affected often cope with financial difficulties, long-term physical issues, and serious emotional trauma. And unfortunately, car accident cases are almost never straightforward.

Usually, the at-fault driver’s insurance company will work hard to reduce a settlement payout as much as possible. They might even try to blame you for the accident. In order to be successful, car accident cases demand the meticulous collection of evidence and strict attention to detail.

Your Nevada car accident attorney will use photos, video surveillance, police reports, and eyewitness statements to establish the other driver’s fault. After gathering proof of your lost wages and your medical records, your personal injury lawyer will negotiate a fair settlement that covers all of your damages.

For these reasons and more, if you have suffered injuries in a motor vehicle accident or lost a loved one, you should reach out to a personal injury attorney in Las Vegas right away to help safeguard your legal rights.
